It is still possible to pull off a beautiful COVID wedding!
Last week I had the pleasure of shooting a COVID friendly wedding in Cambridge with a lovely English/Indonesian couple. The pair wanted a candid, fun wedding photographer in Cambridge to capture their day, read on to find out how I did!

With the UK government going back and forth with COVID restrictions, planning your wedding can prove to be a very difficult task! This lovely couple already had to postpone their wedding date once and narrowly missed the 2nd lockdown! Luckily I was available on their new date and I was able to capture their special day with alongside their 12 guests!

Mark and Stanti chose the elegant 16th century house, ‘Madingley Hall’, for their ceremony and reception. It was my first time at this venue so I made sure to arrive 30 minutes early to scout the grounds for ideas.

As the wedding photography its my job to make the best of a difficult (COVID) situation
Despite the reduced guest list, mandatory face mask and social distancing, my couple’s friends & family still managed to come together and celebrate their union and share a wonderful day. The signing was particularly difficult for me as the registrars wouldn’t let me get into the perfect shooting position as it was too close to them! It also took longer than usual as the pens needed to be cleansed after each use, so be sure to factor this into your wedding schedule!
